De Ratinger Hof was een kunstenaarskroeg in de jaren zeventig en vroege jaren tachtig en een ontmoetingspunt van de undergroundcultuur in Duitsland. De Ratinger Hof wordt vaak gezien als de geboorteplaats van de Duitse punk. De kroeg bevond zich in de oude stad van Düsseldorf op de Ratinger Straße nr. 10.
In de Ratinger Hof, die tot eind 1975 een gezellig ingerichte kroeg was met sterrenhemel aan het plafond, met tapijttegels bedekte tafels en een jukebox, kwamen zowel de psychedelici van Creamcheese, de punkgemeenschap, als de rockers en enkele mods uit de regio Düsseldorf samen. Van 1974 tot 1979 waren Carmen Knoebel en Ingrid Kohlhöfer de uitbaters.
