Het natuurreservaat Kleine Röder ligt op het grondgebied van de stad Bad Liebenwerda in de Landkreis Elbe-Elster in Brandenburg.
Het gebied met het kenmerknummer 1623 werd bij verordening van 1 juni 2011 onder natuurbescherming gesteld. Het ongeveer 385 ha grote natuurreservaat strekt zich ten zuidwesten van Zeischa, een deelgemeente van Bad Liebenwerda, langs de Kleine Röder, een linkse zijtak van de Grote Röder uit. Ten westen, oosten en door het gebied heen loopt de provinciale weg L 64 en oostelijk de L 593. Aan de zuidelijke en zuidoostelijke rand van het gebied loopt de boundaries met Saksen.
