De zware Flakbatterij Vareler Hafen was tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog een versterkte positie van de Marine-Flak in het zuiden van de Jadebocht.
De zware Flakbatterij Vareler Hafen bevond zich aan de Vareler zeedijk, ongeveer 600 meter ten noorden van de Vareler sluis. Ze bestond uit vier geschutsbunkers en een centraal gelegen leidingstand, evenals een machinebunker. Ten zuiden van de installatie bevond zich een versterking die in 1914/15 werd gebouwd.
