De bijna 3 km lange weg verbindt een bosleerpad met 10 belevingsstations met de midgetgolfbaan in het kuurpark van Wingst en de bos speeltuin. Hij loopt ook direct langs de dierentuin in Wingst. Onderweg is er volop afwisseling. Via verschillende belevingsstations wordt het bos en zijn natuur tastbaar gemaakt. Op de uitkijktoren Duitse Olymp wacht naast een geweldig uitzicht ook een optische telegraaf om eigen berichten te verzenden. Zo wordt de weg het doel!
