Het begin van de wandeling is bij de parochiekerk St. Christina op het kloosterterrein in de wijk Herzebrock. De route gaat eerst door het Bolandwald en vervolgt langs weiden en velden. Onderweg kunt u zich versterken op de aardappelboerderij Wöstmann met eten in de boerderijwinkel, voordat u aan het tweede deel van de route begint. De tour eindigt weer op het kloosterterrein.
