Vanuit Bad Fredeburg neem je de bus naar Eslohe, Reiste. Via de Sauerland-Höhenflug wandel je vervolgens terug naar het kuuroord Bad Fredeburg, dat met zijn historische centrum met de vele vakwerkhuizen schilderachtig aan de voet van de Hunau ligt.

Het startpunt van de wandeling is de bushalte Bad Fredeburg, Sparkasse. Vanaf hier neem je buslijn 367/369 richting Eslohe tot halte Bremke, Post. Hier stap je over op buslijn S70 richting Meschede tot Eslohe (Sauerland), Reiste. Dienstregeling: elk uur van maandag tot zaterdag, op zon- en feestdagen om de twee uur. Buslijn Reiste bevindt zich direct aan de Sauerland-Höhenflug.

Let op: Op 25 november is er een jacht in Reiste. Tussen 13 en 16 uur is ook de Sauerland-Höhenflug gedeeltelijk afgesloten. Een omleiding is ingesteld.
