Deze rondrit gaat door de Vulkan Eifel, langs de Moezel en door de Hunsrück.

De rondrit start dichtbij de Motorhotels Am Vulkanberg en Am Ceresplatz centraal in Manderscheid. We rijden via Bad Bertrich naar de Moezel (leuke afdaling) en volgen die een stuk. Als we de Moezel oversteken komen we in de prachtige Hunsrück. In de buurt van Trier gaan we via de Moezel weer terug de Eifel in.

Bij deze route rijd je afwisselend over wegen met snelle bochten en ook over wegen met krappe haarspeldbochten.

Er zijn weinig eet- en drinkgelegenheden onderweg. Dus voor de lunch bij Birkenfeld even de route verlaten en het plaatsje inrijden en je vind diverse eet- en drinkgelegenheden met terras.

Over het algemeen vind je alleen in de grotere plaatsen horeca wat open is.
