Hendaye is een klein Frans stadje in het departement Pyrénées-Atlantiques en in Frans-Baskenland. Deze kustplaats telde op 1 januari 2019 16.967 inwoners en ligt aan de monding van de rivier Bidasoa in de Golf van Biskaje, tegen de grens met Spanje. Vlak over de grens ligt Irún in Spaans Baskenland, dat vier keer zoveel inwoners heeft.
