Clamart is een gemeente in het Franse departement Hauts-de-Seine . De gemeente telde 52.925 inwoners op 1 januari 2019. De plaats maakt deel uit van het arrondissement Antony.Op 22 augustus 1962 werd te Clamart door een groep rond luitenant-kolonel Jean Bastien-Thiry een aanslag gepleegd op president Charles de Gaulle. Op 11 november 2004 is de voormalige Palestijnse leider en Nobelprijswinnaar Yasser Arafat overleden in het ziekenhuis van Clamart.
