Les Demeures de Torrellanes*** ligt in Latour-Bas-Elne, op 4 km van Saint-Cyprien. Dit kleine dorp is een goed compromis tussen rust, het ontdekken van Catalonië en het voordeel van de nabijheid van de Middellandse Zee. De residentie werd in 2012 gebouwd rond het thema van de schilderijen van Dali. Het bestaat uit recente duplexwoningen of -huizen met terras en/of tuin.
