Een nieuw avontuur voor dit team, dat al meer dan 15 jaar in de Orangerie de Soudan werkt.
In het hart van Saint-Maixent-l'Ecole, aan het einde van een mooie binnenplaats, hebben Ludovic en Sébastien Brunet een typisch Deux-Sévrienne gebouw gerestaureerd om hun nieuwe restaurant "Rest'o11" te openen.
Het restaurant heeft twee gezellige zalen met stenen muren en balkenplafond, een op de begane grond, de andere op een mezzanine die toegankelijk is via een prachtige stenen trap.
Op het bord vind je een keuken met smaken van nu en vroeger, met verse producten.
Lokale producten krijgen de hoofdrol, met name geitenkaas, bier, honing, Parthenaise vlees en eend.
