Sylvain Le Bail oefent zijn passie uit in zijn atelier-galerie. Daar beeldhouwt hij zijn werken en ontmoet hij zijn publiek. Zeer eclectisch in zijn creaties, presenteert hij thema's over geschiedenis (shoah-kolonisatie...), maatschappij, sport, pastoraal... die de bezoeker in het atelier geboren ziet worden.
Hij vormt stroken klei, zoals de ploegschaar de voren optilt. Hij deelt met de aarde de fantasie van vormen. Uiteindelijk geeft dit originaliteit aan zijn creaties, waaraan hij soms een gebrek aan respect voor verhoudingen toevoegt.
