Met verschillende achtergronden en beroepen hadden we een gemeenschappelijke wens: een gezellige plek creëren waar we onze kennis konden delen. Zo ontstond het idee van een plek die zowel een winkel als een restaurant zou zijn. De meeste van onze producten zijn afkomstig van lokale productie, van onze partners, vee-, lams- en pluimveehouders.
Via het restaurant willen we de recepten van onze moeders, grootmoeders, tantes, maar ook al die momenten die ons terugbrengen naar onze jeugdherinneringen, zoals de lekkere zondagse gerechten of de grote oogsttafels, tot leven blijven brengen.
