Ben Nevis is 1344 m hoog en de hoogste berg in het Verenigd Koninkrijk. In het Gaelisch wordt de berg Beinn Nibheis of "de vreselijke berg" genoemd. De kolos ligt vlakbij Fort William. Tijdens de zomer is Ben Nevis een echte attractie. Duizenden mensen willen de top bereiken. Maar pas op! Het weer kan plotseling veranderen. Het is altijd koel en winderig. De Bergredding moet regelmatig wandelaars ophalen.
