Het Eolische Archeologisch Museum ligt op het eiland Lipari in de Tyrreense Zee ten noorden van Sicilië. Het regionale museum werd in 1954 opgericht onder leiding van Luigi Bernabò Brea, die van 1939 tot 1973 Soprintendente van Oost-Sicilië was. Daarom is het ook bekend als het regionale Eolische archeologisch museum "Luigi Bernabò Brea", maar het wordt ook wel het regionale Eolische archeologisch museum Lipari genoemd.
