De verzameling gebouwen is het verpleeghuis 'Krönnenzommer'. Tegenwoordig een verpleeghuis maar rond 1900 als sanatorium gebouwd voor de genezing van TBC-patienten, vanwege de gezonde en zuurstofrijke naaldbossen van de Eelerberg. De naam Krönnenzommer betekent nazomer.
