De Maastrichter Brugstraat is een straat in het centrum van de Nederlandse stad Maastricht. De Maastrichter Brugstraat is genoemd naar de nabije brug, de Sint Servaasbrug; op de andere Maasoever, in Wyck, ligt de Wycker Brugstraat. De straat is onderdeel van de hoofdroute tussen Station Maastricht en het Vrijthof en is een belangrijke winkelstraat in het voetgangersgebied van Maastricht.
