Deze fietstocht geeft je een goed beeld van Texel: duinen, groen, landbouw, kleine dorpjes, ... en soms veel (tegen)wind. Je kan de route starten vanuit vakantiepark De Krim maar ook vanuit De Koog of Den Burg. Natuur- of zeehondenliefhebbers komen aan hun trekken in Ecomare, het centrum voor zeehondenopvang. Houd zeker ook even halt bij de Texelse luchthaven. Er is altijd wel iets interessants te zien: parachutisten, landende of vertrekkende vliegtuigjes, ... of wie weet maak je zelf een rondvlucht met een van de vliegtuigjes of voor de waaghalsen: een tandemsprong vanaf 3000 m hoogte.
