Yosemite National Park is een nationaal park in het oosten van de Amerikaanse staat Californië. Het heeft een oppervlakte van meer dan 3.000 km² en ligt op de westelijke flanken van de centrale Sierra Nevada, in het oosten van Tuolumne, Mariposa en Madera County.
Yosemite National Park werd dankzij de inspanningen van natuurbeschermers als John Muir in 1890 opgericht en was een van de eerste nationale parken van de Verenigde Staten en de wereld. In 1916 kwam het onder beheer van de National Park Service. Sinds 1984 staat het natuurgebied op de Werelderfgoedlijst van UNESCO.
