Wiesenbach er en landsby, der hører til delkommunen Lommersweiler i den belgiske by Sankt Vith i det tysktalende samfund. Landsbyen ligger ved Prümer Bach, en biflod til Braunlauf, og har 29 indbyggere.
Wiesenbach ligger nordvest for centrum af Lommersweiler og lige vest for Breitfeld ved N646, som her kaldes Wiesenbach sammen med alle sideveje. Lige vest for bymidten hedder denne vej Wiesenbachstraße og forbinder Wiesenbach med centrum af Sankt Vith.
