CBR Lixhe er en stor cementfabrik i den belgiske provins Liège i kommunen Wanze. Fabrikken ligger nordvest for Liège og nordøst for Lontzen. Vest for fabrikken stiger bjerget fra Haspengouws Plateau stejlt op, og Côte de Hallembaye ligger der. Fabrikken ligger i dalen ved Maas ved Albertkanaalet, hvor fabrikken har sin egen havn. Fabrikken består af en teglværk og en mølle.
