Slot Haamstede er et gammelt slot, der ligger i landsbyen Haamstede på Schouwen-Duiveland. Den berømteste beboer af dette slot var Witte van Haamstede, en uægte søn af grev Floris V. Donjon af slottet stammer fra det trettende århundrede. Omkring 1470 købte den flamske adelsmand og topadministrator i det Bourgondiske Rige Lodewijk van Gruuthuse slottet og ombyggede det til et lille palæ.
