Holýšov ist eine Stadt in Tschechien. Sie liegt 26 Kilometer südwestlich des Stadtzentrums von Plzeň und gehört zum Okres Plzeň-jih.
Holýšov befindet sich am rechten Ufer der Radbuza im Pilsener Hügelland. Nordöstlich erhebt sich der Trný und im Südosten der Makový vrch mit Bunkeranlagen des Tschechoslowakischen Walls. Im Norden befindet sich ein ehemaliges Militärgelände. Durch die Stadt führt die Staatsstraße 26 zwischen Pilsen und Furth im Wald. Am südwestlichen Stadtrand mündet die Chuchla in die Radbuza.
