Anseremme si trova alla confluenza del fiume Lesse e della Mosa. Oltre al settore agricolo, il turismo è una fonte di reddito importante. Diverse aziende offrono la possibilità di scendere lungo la Lesse in kayak partendo da Gendron (12 km) o Houyet (21 km). A sud di Anseremme, in direzione di Falmignoul, si trova la principale zona di arrampicata belga, le Rocce di Freyr.
