Il cinema dispone di 201 posti a sedere, tra cui 6 PRM, uno schermo di 10 metri, aria condizionata e un proiettore laser digitale.
Le proiezioni sono adatte a tutti: film francesi nella versione per non udenti (VSM) e audiodescrizione per ipovedenti.
Il cinema è un vero e proprio luogo di scoperta e di scambio, che propone serate a tema, incontri con registi o relatori specializzati nel cinema, serate di discussione in collaborazione con associazioni e la partecipazione a festival regionali e nazionali.
L'Autan è nato da un progetto comunale ed è gestito e diretto dall'associazione Ramonville Ciné. Offre dalle 16 alle 18 proiezioni alla settimana, con qualche aggiunta durante le vacanze scolastiche.
