Sauquillo de Paredes er en spansk by i provinsen Soria, i den historiske kommune Villa og Tierra de Caracena. Den tilhører kommunen Retortillo de Soria.
Efter genvindingen tilhørte den det omfattende alfoz de Atienza, og senere tilhørte den Herrskabet Paredes, en by, som den tager sit navn fra. I folketællingen af 1787, beordret af grev Floridablanca,[1] blev det opført som et sted i Partido de Sigüenza i intendensen Guadalajara, kendt dengang som Sauquillos, med herredømme og under myndigheden af den lokale borgmester. Det havde dengang 136 indbyggere.
