No. 8. Farm rebuilt gr.m. on the initiative of architect M. Dujardin (Komen) from 1921. Introduction of a less traditional element, namely a side risalit with pointed gable in the house yard façade, primarily connecting to the regional farm architecture cf., layout: low components arranged in a U-shape around a paved yard with sidewalks, accessible via an iron gate; farmhouse, barn, and isolated tobacco shed respectively to S.W., S.E. and E.; plantings: ornamental garden, to the N.E.; watering place to the S.E.; materials: anchored red brick construction; wooden plank cladding in the barn section; (mechanical) roof tiles on gabled roofs, including with a low roof panel and rising roof windows, with overhanging supported on wooden struts resting on brick corbels; shutters; flat ceiling between iron I-beams in utility buildings; frame stable door; layout: L-shaped elongated farmhouse of four bays + stable; transverse barn with barn on the left, and leaning rabbit hutch on the left.
