De Mejlgade is een straat in het centrum van Aarhus in het zogenaamde Quartier Latin. Het begint in het noorden bij het station Østbanetorvet en strekt zich over ongeveer 800 meter uit tot aan de Schulstraat in het zuiden. Vroeger bekend als "Hoofdstraat", kreeg het zijn huidige naam rond 1850.
De straat wordt bediend door de privé tramlijnen 3 en 14 en herbergt tal van cafés, enkele cultuurcentra en het innovatiecentrum Frontløberne. De huizen zijn in verschillende stijlen gebouwd - van de late gotiek tot de renaissance en postmoderne gebouwen aan de Norreport-straat.
