Sint-Margriete-Houtem, også skrevet Sint-Margriet Houtem, er en landsby i den belgiske provins Vlaams-Brabant og en delkommune af byen Tienen. Sint-Margriet Houtem var en selvstændig kommune indtil kommunereformen i 1977. Før fusionen grænsede Sint-Margriete-Houtem til marken Rode over en kort afstand til Neerlinter. Desuden kom Bunsbeek ikke alene til at grænse op til Houtem mod nord. Et antal parceller i den lille by Stok "omfavnede" kommunen i nordøst. Således bestod Houtem af en almindelig kerne og et langstrakt område, der strakte sig helt op til Neerlinter. Denne indviklede situation blev stærkt forenklet, da nogle parceller blev tilføjet til Kortenaken.
