Beelitz er en by i Landkreis Potsdam-Mittelmark. Byen ligger ved kanten af Zauche sydvest for Berlin og Potsdam og er især kendt som centrum for det største aspargesproduktionsområde i Brandenburg. Beelitz er medlem af arbejdsfællesskabet "Byer med historiske bykerner" i delstaten Brandenburg. Siden den 28. maj 2013 har byen officielt, også på byens indgangsskilt, titlen "Aspargesby".
Beelitz ligger i centrum af naturparken Nuthe-Nieplitz. I dens omgivelser ligger Beelitzer Sander med omfattende fyrreskove og naturreservatet "Nuthe-Nieplitz-Niederung" med rummelige, fugtige lavlandsområder.
