Jabel er en kommune i Landkreis Mecklenburgische Seenplatte i Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Den administreres af Amt Seenlandschaft Waren med sæde i byen Waren.
Kommunen Jabel i den Mecklenburgske Seenplatte ligger cirka ti kilometer fra Waren. Det meget skovrige område omkring Jabel omfatter Loppiner See og Jabelsøen, som er forbundet med de store søer. Mellem Jabelsøen og Kölpinsee ligger halvøen Damerower Werder - et særligt beskyttet område, hvor der siden 1957 har levet bisoner i en frizone. Den vestlige del af kommunen ligger i Nossentiner/Schwinzer Heide naturpark.
