Konzentrationslejren Kemna var et tidligt koncentrationslejr i Wuppertal bydelen Kemna mellem Beyenburg og Oberbarmen.
Konzentrationslejren eksisterede fra juli 1933 til 19. januar 1934 og blev drevet af SA-undergruppe Düsseldorf og Wuppertals politichef Willi Veller med støtte fra distriktsregeringen Düsseldorf. Kommandant for koncentrationslejren var i kort tid SA-stormfører Hugo Neuhoff. Han blev snart afløst af den fødte Wuppertaler Alfred Hilgers, som som personalansvarlig for staben i SA-undergruppe Düsseldorf samtidig stod i spidsen for SA-standarte 258 i beskyttelseshuset Koburg i Mettmann. I en tidligere renseriforretning på Beyenburger Straße lige ved Wupperbredden piskede SA-vagtholdet fangerne sammen under katastrofale hygiejniske forhold. Tortur og vilkårlig vold var på dagsordenen. Indtil november 1933 var cirka 700 til 800 mennesker fængslet, i oktober blev der nået en maksimum med cirka 1100 indsatte. Antallet af fængslede i løbet af de syv måneder i denne KZ anslås til 2500 til 3000.
