Gudhuset Karow i landsbyen Karow, der tilhører byen Jerichow i det østlige Sachsen-Anhalt, er det slotlignende herresæde for det tidligere riddergods Karow, også kendt som Carow. Den fredede ejendom omfatter Gutspark Karow og flere sidebygninger. Hele ejendommen ligger i den sydlige ende af landsbyen.
I 1574 modtog Joachim von Byern riddergodset Karow som len. Familien von Byern beholdt Karow i de følgende ca. hundrede år. I 1685 overgik lenet til Joachim Ernst von Grumbkow, en brandenburgs general, statsminister og hofmarskal. Familien von Grumbkow tog kun lidt sig af Karow. Som følge heraf forfaldt bygningerne, og riddergodset blev belastet med gæld. I 1708 købte Marquard Ludwig von Printzen godset Karow for summen af 27.000 thaler. Da dette var belastet med 21.680 thaler, og von Pritzen overtog denne gældsbyrde, behøvede han kun at betale 5.320 thaler til von Grumbkow. Marquardt Ludwig von Printzen lod det barokke gudhus bygge på fundamentet af en tidligere bygning.
