Cabacés er en spansk kommune i provinsen Tarragona beliggende i den catalanske region Priorat, på grænsen til Ribera de Ebro.
Under den mauriske besættelse fik den navnet Avincabasser. Efter tilbageerobringen, udført af Barcelona-hertugdømmet, blev den en del af kommunen Ciurana de Tarragona. Den 24. april 1149 gav Ramón Berenguer IV jorden i gave til klosteret Santa María de Monteflabon i Belgien med den hensigt, at munke skulle bygge en kirke og et kloster, der fremmede genbosætning. Klosteret havde et kort liv, da kontrollen med det i 1158 blev overdraget til bispedømmet Tortosa. Nogle af de gamle munke grundlagde Bellpuig de las Avellanas-klosteret i kommuneområdet Os de Balaguer.
