Williamsburg-broen er en hængebro i New York City, der krydser East River og forbinder Lower East Side af Manhattan ved Delancey Street med Williamsburg-kvarteret i Brooklyn ved Broadway nær Brooklyn-Queens Expressway. Den blev færdiggjort i 1903 og var den længste hængebro i verden indtil 1924.
Broen er en af de fire betalingsfrie vejbroer, der forbinder Manhattan Island og Long Island. De andre er Queensboro-broen mod nord og Manhattan- og Brooklyn-broerne længere nede i byen. Williamsburg-broen bar engang New York State Route 27A og var planlagt til at føre Interstate 78, selvom den planlagte I-78-betegnelse blev annulleret på grund af aflysningen af Lower Manhattan Expressway og Bushwick Expressway.
