Das Stift Millstatt ist ein ehemaliges Kloster in Millstatt am See in Österreich. Stiftskirche und Millstätter Kreuzgang gehören insbesondere durch ihre überreiche Tiersymbolik zu den repräsentativen romanischen Bauwerken Kärntens. Das Stift wurde vor 1122, vermutlich um 1070, gegründet und von den Benediktinern verwaltet. 1469 übernahm der Orden der St.-Georgs-Ritter das Stift; nach seinem Verfall 1598 wurde es den Jesuiten übereignet. Die endgültige Aufhebung erfolgte 1773 unter Joseph II. Die Kirche gehört heute der Pfarre, alle anderen Gebäude des ehemaligen Klosters sind unter staatlicher Verwaltung . Das Kloster war über Jahrhunderte geistiger und kultureller Mittelpunkt Oberkärntens. Es zählte mit seinen Besitzungen rund um den Millstätter See, im Görtschitztal, im Friaul und in Salzburg zu den bedeutendsten in Kärnten.
