Die Kirche Sant'Orsola wurde 1413 auf einem bereits bestehenden Bauwerk aus dem 12. Jahrhundert erbaut . Es wurde im Laufe der Jahrhunderte mehrmals renoviert und 1631 erweitert. Glücklicherweise verfügt es noch über die schöne Originalstruktur der gotischen Kreuzgewölbe.
Im Inneren der Kirche Sant'Orsola befindet sich die Gruppe der Mysterienstatuen aus dem 18. Jahrhundert, Protagonisten der Karfreitagsprozession. Darüber hinaus verdienen einige Skulpturen von beträchtlichem Wert, die Gagini und seinem Atelier sowie Gabriele di Battista zugeschrieben werden, besondere Aufmerksamkeit;
Die Überreste der mittelalterlichen Fresken der Felsenkirche Santa Maria Maddalena sind auch in der Kirche Sant'Orsola erhalten. Der älteste Eingang zur Kirche ist der im Osten, vor dem sich eine schöne Treppe befindet.
Heute wird die Kirche als Aula genutzt.
