Heer is a village in the Belgian province of Namur and a part of the municipality of Hastière. Heer has an area of 7.70 km². Until January 1, 1977, it was an independent municipality. The place is located on the right bank of the Meuse, which here forms a border river with France. Also in the south, Heer borders France. At the former station Heer-Agimont on railway line 154, which was located on the border between Agimont and Heer, the hamlet Heer-Agimont developed and there is a bridge over the Meuse that connects both villages.
