The Zellaer Castle Domain in Bonheiden is a publicly accessible domain. It is therefore always allowed to take photos in the green area and around the buildings.
The 18.5-hectare castle park still contains many historical elements such as a canal structure, pond and avenues that come together centrally in a star. Many of these structures date from at least the 18th century, as they are already visible on the maps of the Ferraris (1771-1778.
Families with children can go out with the adventurous hiking app 'Vossenstreken', which can be downloaded for free in the various app stores. With Vossenstreken you can discover everything about the Zellaer domain, its history and its natural values in a playful way.
