Vincent Henrion has a passion for goats. Originally, this landscape architect had no intention of becoming a goat farmer. Until he suddenly got bitten by the bug to become a farmer. He is the proud owner of a herd of about thirty alpine goats. In the summer, they graze in the meadows of green grass. In the winter, they are fed with self-produced feed. Vincent milks the goats daily and makes delicious organic cheese from it.
