Bomal es una aldea en la provincia belga de Brabante Valón y una sección del municipio de Ramillies. La aldea también se conoce como Bomal-lez-Jodoigne, por su ubicación cerca de Geldenaken, para distinguirla de la homónima Bomal-sur-Ourthe en la provincia de Luxemburgo. Bomal se encuentra a orillas del Gran Gete.
En el mapa de Ferraris de la década de 1770, el lugar aparece como la aldea de Bommal. Justo al norte, el mapa muestra el caserío de Bommalette, al sur el caserío de Aleux. Bomelette constituía una señoría separada. Laloux al sur pertenecía a Lieja y al formarse los municipios se unió al municipio de Mont-Saint-André.
