Stadt Prettin er en bydel i byen Annaburg i Landkreis Wittenberg i Sachsen-Anhalt. Indtil 31. december 2010 var Prettin en selvstændig småby med bydelene Prettin og Hohndorf.
Byen ligger ca. 40 km sydøst for Wittenberg og ca. 17 km nord for Torgau i lavlandet ved Østsiden af Elben vest for Annaburger Heide. Denne er for det meste et militært øvelsesområde for Bundeswehr og derfor et lukket område. Mod syd grænser Prettin op til Sachsen.
