Kirken Sant'Agostino er en religiøs bygning, der ligger i den historiske del af Pesaro i Marche.
En første kirke, romanisk, dedikeret til Sankt Lorenzo, blev opført på dette sted i 1258 af Eremitterne af Sant'Agostino. Mellem slutningen af det 14. århundrede og begyndelsen af det 15. århundrede blev kirken stærkt ombygget og udvidet i gotisk stil med støtte fra familien Malatesta. Fra denne periode er klokketårnet bevaret med en smuk ramme af blade i tegl og den værdifulde gotisk-venetianske portal på facaden. Sidstnævnte er et mesterværk af denne stil i byen, udført i hvid sten fra Istrien og rød marmor fra Verona, og er prydet med løver og statuer i nicher og tabernakler.
