Sa Fosca ist ein Abschnitt des Torrent del Gorg Blau im Gemeindegebiet von Escorca, Mallorca, der dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass kein Sonnenlicht hindurchdringt, und daher stammt auch sein Name.
Er beginnt am Salt de s'Acollonament, im Torrent des Gorg Blau, und endet kurz bevor man den Pas dels Caçadors erreicht, fast direkt an der Mündung des Torrent des Gorg Blau in s'Entreforc, wo er sich mit dem Torrent de Lluc verbindet, um den Torrent de Pareis zu bilden. Man kann ihn mit entsprechender Ausrüstung vollständig durchqueren, jedoch ist es eine sehr schwierige Wanderung, da sie den Einsatz von Neoprenanzügen, Wissen über die Schlucht und Geschicklichkeit in der Abseiltechnik erfordert. Der Torrent des Gorg Blau besteht aus mehr als 40 Wasserfällen, die sich über mehr als 6 km entlang von Wänden erstrecken, die bis zu 300 m hoch sind.
