Tjip Tjap Route

This route is NOT named after the eponymous climb that appears in the route, as many think, but rather after how your muscles will feel after completing this tour…. In short, a real climbing workout!

The focus was on maintaining long ascents as much as possible. True steep slopes were deliberately avoided. Cobblestones were also avoided, with the exception of a few short sections.

Parking is available directly at the start, where there is a small parking lot. Alternatively, at Meerspoort, 1 km from the start, where there are plenty of parking options.
