Through the valley of the Bocq to the devil of Crupet

Through the beautiful valley of Le Bocq , with the old railway line never far away, this is a beautiful start and end of the walk. The hill crossing to the cave and Donjon in Crupet , which lies deep in a valley, is more than worth it. Recommended!

The walk starts at the church and Brasserie Le Bocq in Purnode where there is parking (and also the opportunity to drink some courage ...).

First descend to the campsite 'Domaine du Bocq' with a small brasserie. We then follow the river Le Bocq upstream through the quarries and along the old railway line 128 to the old station of Durnal . Here we turn towards Crupet via a fairly steep path, through fields and meadows. In Crupet, next to a few restaurants and a café , the famous Donjon and of course the Devil's Cave await us. We do a tour along the various old mills.

Via the chapel of Saint-Roch we head towards the old station of Bauche . We rejoin the river Le Bocq and follow it to the campsite. A refreshment in the brasserie before starting the steep climb to the starting point?
