Hony er en landsby i den belgiske kommune Esneux på venstre bred af Ourthe, omkring 15 kilometer fra byen Liège.
Landsbyen ligger langs vejen fra Ourthe til N63. Vejen gennem landsbyen er bedre kendt blandt cykelentusiaster som Côte du Roche aux faucons. Hony har sin egen jernbanestation langs jernbanen fra Liège til Marloie. Landsbyen er forbundet med højre bred ved en bro. Bygningerne i landsbyen på venstre bred støder op til dem i landsbyen Méry.
