Det Hemmelige Museum eller Hemmelige Kabinet i Napoli refererer til samlingen af romansk erotisk kunst fra det 1. århundrede, der findes i Pompeji og Herculaneum, som nu er opbevarede i separate gallerier på Det Nationale Arkæologiske Museum i Napoli, det tidligere Museo Borbonico. Begrebet "kabinet" bruges i forbindelse med "kabinet af nysgerrigheder" - dvs. enhver velpræsenteret samling af genstande til beundring og studie.
