Engelbrecht van Nassaukaserne er en kaserne i Roosendaal i den nederlandske provins Nord-Brabant.
Kort før Anden Verdenskrig besluttede regeringen at styrke forsvarsapparatet. I 1937 og 1938 blev denne såkaldte Boostkaserne bygget i kommunen Roosendaal og Nispen. Bygningskomplekset blev åbnet i 1938. Indtil den tyske angreb på Nederlandene i 1940 blev kasernen brugt af 6. Depotbataljon.
