El Monumento a los Dos Mil Años de Existencia de la Ciudad de Braga, conocido como "Movimiento Perpetuo" , fue inaugurado y erigido el 24 de junio de 2000 por el Ayuntamiento de Braga con motivo del 2000 aniversario de la fundación de Bracara Augusta.
Está situado en la colina de Cividade, uno de los yacimientos más importantes y donde se encuentran más vestigios de la época romana.
El monumento de hormigón, diseñado por el artista y escultor Pedro Cabrita Reis, representa una réplica de un acueducto romano que consta de tres arcos de medio punto sostenidos por tres pilares, cada pilar con dos columnas redondas y rectangulares dispuestas irregularmente.
